Note from the team

Struan met Alec and Rob before Provenance was set up at a stag do for a mutual friend. Rob and Alec were attending the stag, Struan was cooking a whole pig for dinner. The guest of honour for the evening was none other than Henry "Blowers" Blofeld, who declared the pork crackling the best he'd ever tasted.

We love the pork collar. Perfect for pulled pork, but tender and flavoursome enough to be cooked as steaks too.
