Chilli jam beef - Donna Hay

Preparation Method

Brush a 500g beef fillet with oil and store-bought chilli jam. Barbecue for 15–20 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Slice and serve with shredded green papaya, cucumber, snow pea sprouts and sliced red chilli. Combine extra chilli jam with rice vinegar and spoon over the salad.
