The fillet is delicate and tender, yet still beautifully rich and full of flavour. As for the ribeye and sirloin, they're both so good it's almost impossible to choose a favourite (I'd strongly recommend trying both!).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe also have a chop cut from the last three ribs – in my opinion, the very best cut of all. It's the perfect bridge between a ribeye and a sirloin, so you don't have to choose or compromise.
