The days are getting shorter and kids are inevitably going back to school soon.
It can only mean one thing.... It is time for the final summery Steak Club and oh boy do we have some steak for you!
We are excited to present to you these two fantastic 7 year old beasts to lighten up the last days of August with some incredible steak and finish the summer on a high note!

First in line is the 'Gutrei' Galician Blond straight from the heart of Galicia with Roxad'Ouro brand. 'Gutrei' is the only Spanish company awarded with a gold medal in 2018 and 2 gold and 2 silver medals (!) in 2019 for the best meat in the world, in the prestigious World Steak Challenge competition with the aforementioned Roxad'Ouro brand.
Look at the dark crimson meat and punchy yellow fat of what may not have been the most marbled cow, but due to its fully grass-fed diet, it guarantees a really beefy and complex eating experience!

Secondly, we have for you a gorgeous Wagyu x Aberdeen Angus Cross from Suffolk. This mature animal has been reared outdoors its entire life and put on a fantastic, delicate marbling, which creates depth of flavour. It will surprise you how delicious and tender such an old cow can be. We also aged it in house for 45 days! Melt in your mouth, buttery like texture and umami from the first bite, wow!
