This is a Provenance classic, it's one of our most popular choices. We've removed all of the bones from the chicken and marinated it in our mix of wild garlic and other green herbs. So, all you have to do is pop it in the oven or on the barbecue.

It's an absolute life hack, perfect for a midweek family meal, and a real time saver. 

Portion: think 250g per person. This 1kg chicken will therefore feed 4 people.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 

In the oven at 180 degrees C, it should take 40 mins but please check it is cooked through before serving. If you're unsure, the best thing to do is get a MEATER digital thermometer from us by clicking here.
