ETA: Your order will be delivered on the date selected by you at the checkout.
In the morning you will receive a shipment notification with an estimated delivery window, followed by a text message with a live tracking link. It is essential we have an up-to-date mobile number for the recipient of the delivery.

It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery. We will accept requests for the order to be left with a neighbour or a nominated safe place.

Christmas orders will be delivered by DPD and PackFleet couriers in a temperature controlled packaging.

ETA: Notification with an estimated delivery time is sent upon dispatch, followed by another one on the day of the delivery.

Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for incorrectly placed orders, including shipping details and delivery date and instructions. Please ensure your orders is correct before checking out.

Christmas delivery pre-orders can be placed until Friday 15th December inclusive, subject to limited daily delivery slots. Amendments will only be accepted in writing via email online@provenancebutcher.com prior to the cut-off point.

Christmas Delivery Fees

All London Local Christmas orders will be charged £10.00 delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.

Rest of London and Nationwide Christmas orders will charged £12.50 (weekdays),
or £16.50 (weekend) delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.
