June Steak Club | 5 Year Old El Capricho's Beef
El Capricho’s beef was a huge success when we first introduced it to you – our Steak Club family.
Some of you loved it so much, you took it a step further and visited the legendary steakhouse yourselves – all for another taste of José Gordón’s spectacular beef.
You were captivated by the depth of flavour in the ruby-red flesh and the buttery texture of the fat, melting at the slightest touch and transporting your tastebuds straight to sunny northern Spain.
Although this month’s original plan was different, I’m sure none of you will be disappointed to hear that the incredible produce from El Capricho has returned to our monthly Steak Club.
This time around, we have two 5-year-old, 8-rib sections from José Gordón’s hand-selected animals, aged to perfection. Leaving little to the imagination, you can expect dark meat, rich marbling, earthy depth, and an intense, nutty aroma.
This should make the wait for the highly anticipated Duchessa di Wolf next week just a little easier!
