COOKING INSTRUCTIONS & SERVING SUGGESTION

GRILL Remove plastic casing from around patty. Place on Grill turning occasionally for 6- 8 minutes. Ensure burgers are piping hot before serving. ON A PAN: around 3-4 mins either side.

OVEN - Remove plastic casing from around patty. Set oven to 180 degrees C. Cook for 10c minutes turning halfway through. Ensure the burgers are piping hot before serving. 


SERVING SUGGESTION: pop it in a bun with some tzatziki and some vinegar slaw (shredded red and white cabbage, red onion, salt and white vinegar) - that simple!
