Our Simmental is slow grown over several years to develop beautifully yellow fat and maximum flavour, then patiently aged for up to 50 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-end=\"555\" data-start=\"512\"\u003eSounds great, right? This premium Spanish beef comes from specialised farms between Salamanca and León, where the cattle are raised on a carefully managed 300 day grain fed diet.
