Mexican Clamato Juice | 330ml

CLAMATO ORIGINAL is the main ingredient in authentic Clamato Michelada. Try it with your favourite beer, or mix it with vodka or other spirit. It goes well with your favourite foods, especially grilling meat and seafood! Perfect BBQ refreshment.

COCKTAIL TIP: Mix with Modelo Beer, add some chilli salt or Tajin seasoning and favourite Habanero sauce and enjoy a proper Mexican Michelada drink!

Mexican Michelada recipe:
12 ounces light Mexican beer
1 can of Clamato
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice rinds reserved
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or Maggi sauce)
2 teaspoons hot sauce (like El Yucateco Red Hot Sauce)
Ice cubes

Coarse Salt and Tajin seasoning  for rimming the glass

Prepare salt and Tajin (or chili powder) in a shallow dish; rub the rims of the glasses with the lime wedges (or use the reserved lime rinds) and dip them into the spicy salt mixture. Fill the glasses with ice. Pour the beer, Clamato and sauces (adjust amount to your liking) to the glasses and mix well. Garnish with a lime wedge.
