Lamb Kofta Rendang by Nonya Secrets

Ingredients:
500g lamb mince
2 tablespoons Nonya Secrets rendang curry mix
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix well and shape onto metal skewers or form golf ball sized shapes which can then be barbecued.
Brush with olive oil or peanut oil to prevent sticking.
Serve with a garlic & mint yoghurt dressing together with either couscous or flatbread.
