Returns + Cancellations Policy

If, for any reason you aren't satisfied with the quality of the items in your delivery, you should contact us within 24 hours and a member of our team will look into this for you. If you need to contact us please  call 07514092770 or email us 

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your in-store purchase, please contact the shop you purchased the goods directly.

We cannot accept returned goods due to their perishable nature - this does not affect your statutory rights.

Online Orders cancellations must be submitted in writing via email directly
to, no later than 48 hours prior to delivery
date. No other form of cancellation will be accepted.
The cancellation is only deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond
email from the Provenance Butcher Team.

Refunds are issued under Provenance Village Butcher discretion only.
We will investigate any complaint on an individual basis and endeavour to
find the most satisfactory resolution, deemed reasonable by us.
