How to sign up for in-store Provenance Account?

1) Fill out your details in the special sign up form below!
If anything needs changing later, you can email us anytime!

2) Set Up Direct Debit
Activate your account by setting up a secure direct debit with GoCardless (link is provided in the form)
This is the only accepted payment method for account holders.
Ensure invoicing address provided matches the address provided to GoCardless.
A UK bank account is required; Amex is not accepted.

3) Make sure to review and agree to Terms & Conditions

4) GoCardless set up is completed?
We will process your request and once your direct debit is confirmed, we’ll send you your brand new account number!

In-store account Terms & Conditions:

  1. Customers are responsible for updating their contact and payment details (e.g., closure of the account or direct debit cancellation) by emailing orders@provenancebutcher.com or alice@chandlerandpartners.co.uk

  2. Keep your account number safe and secure; it’s for you and authorized users only. Our staff members do not have your account number and are not authorized to disclose these to anyone

  3. You will be given an itemised receipt for each purchase. This serves as your proof of purchase, and we advise you to keep it for your records. Provenance maintains an itemized record of your purchases, which can be provided upon request.

  4. The invoicing process: 
    - The total amount for purchases made within a calendar month (1st to the last day) is invoiced around the 6th of the following month.
    - Payment is collected by the 15th, giving you ample time to review your statement and raise concerns While discrepancies are rare, we are always happy to assist if needed!
    - Moving forward you will be emailed an itemized monthly invoice for your in-store purchases from our accounts team, Chandler & Partners.

  5. To activate your account, you must set up a secure direct debit via GoCardless, which is the only accepted payment method for account customers.

    Please note that Amex is not accepted and a UK bank account is required.

  6. In-store account cannot currently be used for online purchases from our website.
    - When you log in to our website with your email address for the first time, you can save your card details or use Google Pay/Apple Pay for convenience.
    - This ensures all your online account details and order history are saved, allowing you to view past orders and reorder delivery with just a click!

  7. Provenance reserves the right to suspend or close any in-store account without notice.
