Provenance is more than a name for us
We consider our suppliers our extended family and have worked with most of them since the first day we opened our doors in Notting Hill in 2013.
Our produce is predominantly from British family farms who all take pride in using the same traditional farming and husbandry methods their parents and grandparents did.
We also source some specialty cuts from further afield such as Wagyu beef from New Zealand and Iberico pork from Spain.
We only work with suppliers who believe in the following traditional farming methods:
- Free range
- Grass fed and/or natural feed
- High animal welfare
- No growth promoters
- No hormones
