Get your Provenance favourites delivered directly to your door.

We offer same day delivery for all London Local orders placed by 11am.

We offer next day delivery for all other London & UK postcodes placed by 12pm - delivery via Packfleet or DPD.

We deliver nationwide, excluding the Scottish Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland.

We serve the following postcodes with same day delivery for all orders placed by 11am, Monday to Saturday:

We dispatch orders twice a day, for delivery either in the
MORNING (9:30-12:00) or AFTERNOON (13:00-17:00)
Time requests are welcome.
However, they are subject to: orders volumes, previously received delivery time requests and/or time of the day and complexity of your order.
DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS
You will receive a shipping notification via email when the order ships, followed by a text message with a tracking link to mobile number provided*
*please note: UK mobile number is required; we do not take responsibility of missed deliveries/undelivered tracking notifications due to incorrect or foreign mobile numbers provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Packfleet - insulated delivery in electric van
DELIVERY TIMES
All parcels shipped with Packfleet are booked for delivery by 2pm the latest, however, 90% of the times you'll get the order by 12pm.
Time requests for different time windows are welcome - please contact us in advance if you require earlier/later delivery.
DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS
Notification with an estimated delivery time (email and text, where mobile number is provided) is sent upon processing of an order from our end, followed by another one on the day of the delivery with live tracking updates.
Shipping date cannot be changed at this point.
In case of not being at home, Packfleet offers an option of nominating a neighbour or specifying a safe place via a link in the notification.

DPD - insulated, CO2 responsible delivery
DELIVERY TIMES
All parcels shipped with DPD are booked for delivery by 12pm Tue-Fri and by 6pm on Saturday.
*there is a small selection of more remote postcodes which are not served with a by 12pm service - you will be notified if that applies to your delivery.

Click & Collect

Like to be organised with your shop or seen something online that your local Provenance doesn't offer? Order online and select the free Click & Collect service to collect your order from any Provenance shop at a time that works for you.

We offer a same day Click & Collect service - simply place an order before 10am Mon to Sat and you can collect it from your selected shop that day.
Cut off for placing your Sunday Click & Collect is Saturday 10am.
Please note: collection times differ based on location, please refer to shops collection times below.

Minumum order is £40 and the order cannot be collected before the stated collection time, unless agreed otherwise with the Team.
