E-GIFT CARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to Gift Cards sold on the www.provenancebutcher.com website.

This E-Gift Card can only be used online and NOT with any of our physical stores in: Notting Hill, Chelsea, Little Venice, Queen’s Park or Wimbledon. 

This E-Gift Card is only valid until the date stated on the \e-Gift Card and no later. 

E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, they can be redeemed for Provenance products online only.

If you are buying an E-Gift Card for someone else, please enter your own email so that you can either print or send the URL of the gift card page to your friend.

We don't provide physical gift cards, but the E-Gift Card can be printed out with their unique codes.

If e-gift card codes are lost, we can easily track these down if you email us your payment details and explanation to online@provenancebutcher.com

We are not responsible for any gift card used without your permission.

We reserve the right to cancel an E-Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.

You cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Our gift cards come with a 12 month expiration date so please remember to use them.

You may purchase any product with this Gift Card however you may not use this gift card code in conjunction with any other promotion or Gift Card.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any additional cost over and above the value of the Gift Card balance needs to be paid at checkout.

Any balance below the level of a Gift Card will be applied as a credit to the same discount code and can be used on future purchases.

This gift voucher can only be redeemed in the shop it was purchased in.

This gift voucher is not valid for online purchases via our website www.provenancebutcher.com – if you’d like to purchase e-Gift Card, please visit our website

This gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash and you cannot purchase a voucher for a voucher.

Any additional cost over and above the value of the gift voucher balance needs to be paid at the checkout.

Any balance below the level of a gift voucher will be applied as a credit to the same gift voucher and can be used on future purchases.

This card is valid for 1 year from purchase.

This voucher cannot be used for Easter and Christmas products.
