Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for incorrectly placed orders, including shipping details and delivery date and instructions.
Please ensure your orders is correct before checking out.
Christmas pre-orders can be placed from Tuesday 1st October to Monday 16th December inclusive, subject to limited daily delivery slots.
We will not be able to accept any Christmas pre-orders, amendments, or cancellations after midnight of Tuesday 16th December.
Prior to the cut off time of midnight Tuesday 16th December, amendments will only be accepted in writing via email online@provenancebutcher.com and will only be deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from Provenance Butcher Delivery Team and at our discretion.
Payment for orders will be charged upfront in full, usually within 2 working days after order was placed.
Discounts are not valid for Christmas orders.
We do not offer Click & Collect service between 21st - 24th December.

Christmas orders will be delivered via electric cargo bikes and/or vans.
We reserve the right to use adequate alternative delivery options, as necessary.
All London Local Christmas orders will charged £10.00 delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.

ETA: Your order will be delivered on the date selected by you at the checkout. We are unable to offer specific delivery time slots.
In the morning, you will receive a dispatch notification via email, followed by another one (via text message) with a tracking link when the driver is nearer. It is essential to provide a UK mobile number so we can send you your delivery updates and contact you on the day of the delivery in case of any issues.
*We will endeavour to deliver within the stated times however, occasionally the delivery times may vary, subject to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.
It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery.
In case we are unable to deliver due to no access, we will attempt to contact the customer on the telephone number provided. If this is unsuccessful, the order will be left with the neighbour / in a safe place or in one of our shops for collection. The customer will be notified of the location.
We will accept requests for the order to be left with a neighbour or a nominated safe place with a prior agreement. Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for those orders once delivered.
Christmas orders will be delivered by DPD couriers in a temperature controlled packaging.
All orders will charged £16.50 delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.

ETA: Notification with an estimated delivery time is sent upon dispatch, followed by another one on the day of the delivery. In case of not being at home, DPD offers an option of nominating a neighbour or specifying a safe place via a link in the notification. Please note: Courier will endeavour to deliver within stipulated times, however, occasionally the delivery times may vary, subject to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.
It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery.
In case of DPD not being able to deliver due to fault of the customer (wrong address, not providing access, etc.) parcel will be returned to depot and destroyed. This is due to the perishable nature of goods delivered next day. Redelivery may not be available and refund will not be offered in this case.
Delivery Orders cancellations must be submitted in writing via email directly to online@provenancebutcher.com by midnight 16th December.
Calls or other other form of cancellation will not be accepted. Please note, shops are unable to help you with amendments/cancellations of orders placed online.
The cancellation is only deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from the Provenance Butcher Team. Orders both online and in-store can only be cancelled on or prior to the 16th of December
Orders both online and in-store cancelled after this deadline will be charged in full and no refund will be offered.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (incl. DinersClub and AMEX), PayPal, ShopPay, GooglePay and ApplePay.
We do not take payments over the phone.

Christmas orders can be placed with your chosen Provenance shop* by either:
- emailing a filled out Christmas Order Form;
- filling out or returning a filled out paper order form to the shop;
*Click & Collect service is not available for Christmas orders
A Christmas order is only considered placed upon receiving confirmation from Provenance staff, either via email or through a Christmas Order Receipt card.
Order placed directly with your chosen shop will be available for collection on a chosen day between Saturday 21st to Tuesday 24th December, as per agreed collection location and date, confirmed on each order form.
Please ensure to take note of the Provenance location you've placed your order with and of the date you've chosen for collection.

Refunds are issued under Provenance Village Butcher discretion only.
We will investigate any complaint on an individual basis and endeavour to find the most satisfactory resolution, deemed reasonable by us.
