2. Ordering Online

Orders accepted via our website only.

Provenance Village Butcher does not take responsibility for incorrectly placed orders, including shipping details and delivery date and instructions.

Please ensure your orders is correct before checking out.

Thanksgiving pre-orders can be placed from Monday 2nd October to Friday 17th November inclusive, subject to limited daily delivery slots.
We will not be able to accept any Thanksgiving pre-orders, amendments, or cancellations after midnight of Friday 17th November.

Prior to the cut off time of midnight Friday 17th November, amendments will only be accepted in writing via email online@provenancebutcher.com and will only be deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from Provenance Butcher Delivery Team and at our discretion.

Payment for orders will be charged upfront in full, usually within 2 working days after order was placed.

Discounts are not valid for Thanksgiving orders.

3. Delivery

LONDON LOCAL
Post codes served:

Thanksgiving orders will be delivered in electric bikes and vans.
We reserve the right to use adequate third party delivery options, as necessary.

All London Thanksgiving orders will charged £7.00 delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.

Tue 21st – Fri 24th Nov | 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sat 25th Nov | 9:00am - 4:00pm

We are unable to offer delivery time slots.

ETA: Your order will be delivered on the date selected by you at the checkout.
When the driver collects your order, you will receive a live tracking link.
Your order should reach you within 2 hours from then.
Please note: We will endeavour to deliver within these times however, occasionally the delivery times may vary, subject to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.

It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery.

In case we are unable to deliver due to no access, we will attempt to contact the customer on the telephone number provided. If no contact is made, the order will be left in one of our shops for collection or in a safe place/neighbour if possible and safe to do so. The customer will be notified of the location.

We will accept requests for the order to be left with a neighbour or a nominated safe place with a prior agreement.
Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for these orders once delivered.

Thanksgiving orders will be delivered by DPD or Pack Fleet couriers in a temperature controlled packaging.

All UK Thanksgiving orders will charged a delivery fee, regardless of the basket size:
£12.50 weekdays and £16.50 on Saturday.

Wed 21st – Fri 25th Nov | by 2:00pm
Sat 26th Nov | by 6:00pm

ETA: Notification with an estimated delivery time is sent upon dispatch, followed by another one on the day of the delivery.
In case of not being at home, DPD offers an option of nominating a neighbour or specifying a safe place via a link in the notification.
Please note: DPD will endeavour to deliver within stipulated times however, occasionally the delivery times may vary, subject to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.

It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery.
In case of DPD not being able to deliver due to no fault of the courier's or the vendor's, parcel will be destroyed. This is due to the perishable nature of goods delivered next day. Redelivery may not be available and refund will not be offered.

Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place on customer's request.

 NO CLICK & COLLECT AVAILABLE
Unfortunately we do not offer Click & Collect service for Thanksgiving orders.

4. In-store

Thanksgiving orders placed directly with your chosen shop will be available for collection from Tuesday 21std to Sunday 26th November,
as per agreed collection location and date, confirmed on each order form. 

No Click & Collect is available, to order a shop pick up, please fill out Thanksgiving Order form [ linked here ] and bring it back or email to your local shop. Remember about providing your contact details.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Order cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing via email directly to online@provenancebutcher.com (for orders placed online),
 or to the email address of the shop you placed your order with:

No other form of cancellation will be accepted.

The cancellation is only deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from the Provenance Butcher Team.

Orders both online and in-store can only be cancelled on or prior to the 17th November.

Orders both online and in-store cancelled after this deadline will be charged in full and no refund will be offered.

Thanksgiving order amendments may not be possible past 17th November due to strict lead times on product pre-ordered from our suppliers.


Order amendments are only deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from the Provenance Butcher Team.

6. Customer Care

We always strive to deliver the best quality product and service however, on a rare occasion, we may fall short. Please submit any feedback or complaint via email: online@provenancebutcher.com. Refunds are issued under Provenance Village Butcher discretion only.

We will investigate any complaint on an individual basis and endeavour to find the most satisfactory resolution, deemed reasonable by us.

Provenance Butcher reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice, upon public publishing.
