Thanksgiving Info, Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery

1.1 DELIVERIES: Contact Info & Opening Times
Thanksgiving Online customer service opening times:

1.2 DELIVERIES: Ordering Online and Discounts

Orders accepted via our website only.

Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for incorrectly placed orders, including shipping details and delivery date and instructions.

Please ensure your orders is correct before checking out.

Thanksgiving pre-orders can be placed from Tuesday 1st October until Sunday 25th November inclusive, subject to limited daily delivery slots.

We will not be able to accept any Thanksgiving pre-orders, amendments, or cancellations after midnight of Sunday 25th November.

Prior to the cut off time of midnight Sunday 25th November, amendments will only be accepted in writing via email online@provenancebutcher.com and will only be deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from Provenance Butcher Delivery Team and at our discretion.

Payment for orders will be charged upfront in full, usually within 2 working days after order was placed.

Discounts are not valid for Thanksgiving products.

1.3 DELIVERIES WITHIN LONDON LOCAL AREA: Delivery type & Shipping Fees

LONDON LOCAL POSTCODES SERVED:

Thanksgiving orders will be delivered via electric cargo bikes and/or vans.

We reserve the right to use adequate alternative delivery options, as necessary.

Delivery dates & times*
Thanksgiving orders will be dispatched in two batches: Morning (9:00-12:30) and Afternoon (13:00-17:00)

While ordering, you will be able to insert your time window preference into the Delivery Notes Box before proceeding to the checkout. If no request is provided, we will schedule the orders according to the order they were placed in (Morning dispatch - orders placed early, Afternoon dispatch - orders placed late) as well as based on distance from the Depot (further South-West postcodes may be serviced as last).

ETA: Your order will be delivered on the date selected by you at the checkout.

In the morning, you will receive a dispatch notification via email, followed by another one (via text message) with a tracking link when the driver is nearer. It is essential to provide a UK mobile number so we can send  you your delivery updates and contact you on the day of the delivery in case of any issues.

*We will endeavour to deliver within the stated times however, occasionally the delivery times may vary, subject to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.

It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery.

In case we are unable to deliver due to no access, we will attempt to contact the customer on the telephone number provided. If this is unsuccessful, the order will be left with the neighbour / in a safe place or in one of our shops for collection. The customer will be notified of the location.

We will accept requests for the order to be left with a neighbour or a nominated safe place with a prior agreement. Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for those orders once delivered.

1.4 DELIVERIES WITHIN M25 AREA (outside London Local): Delivery type & Shipping Fees

Thanksgiving orders will be delivered by Packfleet couriers in a temperature controlled packaging.

Orders will charged £12.50 delivery fee (weekdays) or £16.50 (Saturday). Free delivery for orders of £150+

Delivery dates & times:
By 2pm Monday-Saturday
No deliveries on Sunday

ETA: Notification with an estimated delivery time is sent upon dispatch, followed by another one on the day of the delivery. In case of not being at home, Packfleet offers an option of nominating a neighbour or specifying a safe place via a link in the notification. Please note: Courier will endeavour to deliver within stipulated times, however, occasionally the delivery times may vary, subject to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.

It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery.

In case the courier is unable to deliver due to no response from the recipient and no specific instructions being provided, the courier will choose the safest available place to leave the parcel. This is due to the perishable nature of next-day delivery goods. Redelivery may not be available, and refunds will not be offered.

Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place on customer's request.

1.5 DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF M25 (excl. Scottish Highlands and Islands): Delivery type & Shipping Fees

Christmas orders will be delivered by DPD couriers in a temperature controlled packaging.

All orders will charged £12.50 (weekdays) or £16.50 (weekend days) delivery fee. Free for orders of £150 and above.

By 12pm Mon-Sat
No deliveries on Sunday

1.6 DELIVERIES: Cancellations & Amendments

Delivery Orders cancellations must be submitted in writing via email directly to online@provenancebutcher.com by midnight 25th November.

Calls or other other form of cancellation will not be accepted. Please note, shops are unable to help you with amendments/cancellations of orders placed online.

The cancellation is only deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from the Provenance Butcher Team. Orders both online and in-store can only be cancelled on or prior to the 25th November.

Orders both online and in-store cancelled after this deadline will be charged in full and no refund will be offered.

Thanksgiving order amendments may not be possible past 25th November due to strict lead times on product pre-ordered from our suppliers.

Order amendments are only deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from the Provenance Butcher Team.

1.7 DELIVERIES: Payment Methods, Discounts and e-Gift Vouchers

We accept all major credit and debit cards (incl. DinersClub and AMEX), PayPal, ShopPay, GooglePay and ApplePay.

We do not take payments over the phone.

Payment for orders will be charged upfront in full, usually within 2 working days after order was placed.

Discounts are not valid for Thanksgiving Collection items (Bronze Turkey, Turkey Crowns, Pigs in Blankets, Devils on Horsebacks, Meat Stuffing, Gravy, Christmas Puddings, etc.)

You can purchase e-Gift Voucher via our website as a gift to somebody else. Please note, it is a digital voucher (delivered via e-mail) and we will not post it. You cannot purchase one voucher with another voucher. To read full e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions please click here.

2. In-store

2.1 IN-STORE: Ordering & Collecting Pre-Orders and Shops Opening Hours

Thanksgiving orders can be placed with your chosen Provenance shop by either:
- emailing a filled out Thanksgiving Order Form;
- filling out or returning a filled out paper order form to the shop;


A Thanksgiving order is only considered placed upon receiving confirmation from Provenance staff, either via email or by issuing of a Thanksgiving Order Receipt card with your unique order number.


Order placed directly with your chosen shop will be available for collection during the week of 26th November, as per agreed collection location and date, confirmed on each order form.

Please ensure to take note of the Provenance location you've placed your order with and of the date you've chosen for collection.

2.2 IN-STORE: Cancellations & Amendments

Store Pickup Orders Cancellations must be sent to the email address of the shop you placed your order with. Please see below:

Please note, we only accept cards across all our locations. No cash is kept in the register.

Discounts are not valid for Thanksgiving items (Turkey, Turkey Crowns, Pigs in Blankets, Devils on Horsebacks, Meat Stuffing, Gravy, Christmas Puddings, etc.)

3. Customer Care

3.1 Customer Care

We always strive to deliver the best quality product and service however, on a rare occasion, we may fall short. Please submit any feedback or complaint via email: online@provenancebutcher.com. We will endeavour to resolve it within 48 hours. For in-store feedback please call the shop directly, see contact details here.

3.2 Refunds and Complaints

Refunds are issued under Provenance Village Butcher discretion only.

We will investigate any complaint on an individual basis and endeavour to find the most satisfactory resolution, deemed reasonable by us.

3.3 Disclaimer

Provenance Butcher reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice, upon public publishing.
