A ready to go, easy to use ingredient for a variety of meals and cuisines such as curries.

  • 2 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. Orange zest
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme or 1⁄4 tsp. ground
  • 1 tbsp butter
Over medium heat, add orange juice, maple syrup and butter to a large over safe pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in orange zest and thyme. Add your chicken thighs. Cook for 5 minutes then flip the chicken over to brown the other side. Cook for 10minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Then simply enjoy!

OVEN - Preheat oven to 190 degrees C .Place thighs in a baking dish. Season chicken thighs as desired. Bake chicken in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Cut open to check or use a meat thermometer to check its at correct temperature.
