PROVENANCE BUTCHER × BIG GREEN EGG MINIMAX INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
   This competition is promoted by Provenance Butcher in partnership with Big Green Egg UK (“Promoters”).
2. Eligibility
   Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Provenance Butcher, Big Green Egg UK, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
   Entries open on 15th June 2026 and close at 11:59pm BST on Friday 19th June (“Competition Period”). Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
   To enter via Instagram during the Competition Period:

Mandatory entry requirements:

• Follow @biggreenegguk
• Tag one friend in the comments of the giveaway post

Each valid comment tagging one additional friend counts as one additional entry. Multiple comments are permitted.

Optional bonus entry:
Entrants may receive one (1) additional entry by subscribing via the newsletter sign-up link provided.

5. Newsletter Subscription – Important Information
   By choosing the optional newsletter bonus entry, entrants agree to subscribe to marketing communications from BOTH Provenance Butcher and Big Green Egg UK.

By submitting your details for the newsletter bonus entry, you consent to receiving promotional emails, product updates, offers and marketing communications from both brands. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in emails.

Newsletter sign-up is optional and is not required to enter the competition.

6. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive one (1) Big Green Egg MiniMax. There is no stand or additional products included in this prize. The same winner will also receive £200 online gift card to be be redeemed on www.provenancebutcher.com for delivery only.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
   One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the competition closing date.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official Provenance Butcher account. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery
   The winner must provide a valid UK delivery address. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed directly with the winner.
9. Data Protection
   Personal information submitted in connection with this competition will be used only for administering the competition and (where applicable) for newsletter communications in accordance with each Promoter’s privacy policy.

11. General
    The Promoters reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate the competition.
