We are delivering between 21st - 24th December within M25 and between 21st - 23rd December outside of M25. Order now to secure your delivery date.

Check your postcode

Once you’ve finished your order, go to your cart and enter your postcode to see your delivery options. Click & collect is not available for Christmas orders.

Make payment

Once you have selected your delivery date, make your payment and your delivery is booked!

Christmas Delivery Fees

London Local Christmas orders will be charged £10.00 delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.

Rest of London (M25) Christmas orders will be charged £12.50 delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.

Nationwide (UK mainland*) Christmas orders will be charged £16.50 delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.

Amendments to the orders will only be accepted in writing via email online@provenancebutcher.com prior to the cut-off point.
Discounts are not valid for Christmas orders.

LONDON LOCAL
NW1, NW2, NW3, NW6, NW8, NW10, NW11,
all SW except SW14, SW20,
all W and WC except W5, W7, W13.
PLEASE NOTE: Click & Collect service is not available for Christmas orders.

Delivery days and times:
Sat 21st – Mon 23rd Dec | 7:00am - 7:00pm
Tue 24th Dec | 6:00am - 2:00pm
Wed 25th – Fri 27th | CLOSED – no deliveries

ETA: Your order will be delivered on the date selected by you at the checkout.
In the morning you will receive a shipment notification, followed by a text message with a live tracking link.
It is essential we have an up-to-date mobile number for the recipient of the delivery.

It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery.
We will accept requests for the order to be left with a neighbour or a nominated safe place.

REST OF LONDON & UK Mainland
(incl. E, EC, N, NW4, NW5, NW7, NW9, SE, W1, WC, W5, W7 and W13, Greater London,
England, Wales & Scotland but excludes the Highlands & Islands)

Christmas orders will be delivered by DPD and PackFleet couriers in a temperature controlled packaging.

Delivery days and times:
Sat 21st - Mon 23rd Dec | by 6:00pm
Tue 24th Dec | within M25 only | by 12:00pm
Wed 25th – Sat 28th | CLOSED – no deliveries

ETA: Notification with an estimated delivery time is sent upon dispatch, followed by another one on the day of the delivery.

Courier company will give you option to appoint a safe place or preferred neighbour in case you are not in.

It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery.

Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for incorrectly placed orders, including shipping details and delivery date and instructions. Please ensure your order is correct before checking out.
