Whether you’re cooking lamb this Easter or something a little less traditional, we have all the essentials for a long weekend of feasting with family.
Our lamb comes from the salt marshes of Essex and Sussex and are sweet, tender and extremely flavoursome. Our team of skilled butchers will prepare the various cuts to perfection from large roasts like whole leg to smaller roasts like noisettes and racks. If the sun comes out and it’s good conditions for grilling we have faster cooking cuts like a butterfly lamb leg and cutlets to name a few.
There are plenty of centrepiece alternatives to lamb including beef roasts, marinated boneless chickens, Iberico pork and so much more.
Easter is one of our busiest periods so we highly recommend pre-ordering your Easter order to ensure we have everything you need. Please note we will be closed Easter Sunday and Monday.
