Punchy exotic flavours, with citrus and sweet, the chicken comes out perfectly tender and is so easy to cook, add butter cubes for extra tenderness and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180deg C for 35-40 minutes or until cooked. Garnish with finely chopped parsley or coriander for the final touch and serve with your favourite veg or salad.
