Dry brining, also known as salting, or pre-salting, means rubbing your turkey down with salt, the end result is it will be juicier!
We've created a sage & onion dry brine to amp up the flavour and juiciness of your Christmas turkey - you'll thank us on the day!
Liberally cover the turkey in the brine the night before, then the next day wash off the brine, pat dry and then roast your bird.
Fresh sage, dried sage, orange zest, salt, sugar, pepper (this product is gluten-free).
We have limited availability for Christmas delivery. The cut-off date for orders is 15th December. Please note: You may only select the day for your delivery, we do not offer time slots at this point.
Orders within M25: you can choose delivery date between 21st – 24th December, delivery will take place between 7am-9pm The delivery type may vary (electric bike or overnight courier), you will receive ETA notification on the day.
Orders outside of M25: delivery only on 21st and 22nd December. ETA notifications and shipping updates will be provided by DPD.
Online Christmas orders are for delivery only. No Click & Collect is available.
