Use our Provenance Brisket house rub with your slow-cooked brisket for an effortless but faultless result!
For inspiration, have a look at our Slow-cooked Brisket recipe:
It's so simple and so good! All you need is:
- 1.5kg of grass fed brisket
- 1 tin of Provenance Brisket Rub
- 350ml of cooking alcohol of choice (beer or wine)
Method: Preheat the oven to 160 C.
Cover the brisket in the dry rub and place into a deep baking tray. Add the liquid and cover loosely with foil. Cook for 3 hours.
Leave to rest for at least 45 minutes to an hour.

Slice and enjoy!

Rub comes in a reusable tin for easy storage.
