Our free-range Bronze turkeys come from Adlington, a family business established in 1956. Their traditional, slow-growing birds are raised free range to 22 weeks, giving them time to mature naturally and develop a rich, traditional flavour. Which size should I choose?

Turkey Size Serves
4–5 kg 8–10
5–6 kg 10–12
6–7 kg 12–15
7 kg+ 15–20+

These serving numbers are a guide and will depend on how generous your portions are and how much you'd like left over for sandwiches and leftovers.

How to cook your turkey?

  • Oven: 1800C.
  • Cooking time: 40 minutes per kilogram for the first
    4 kilograms and 45 minutes for every kilogram over
    that weight.
  • Resting Time: At least an hour.


🦃 THANKSGIVING DELIVERY INFO

Cut-off date: Orders must be placed by Monday 23rd November. Amendments and cancellations may not be possible after that date.
You may select your preferred delivery day between 25th - 28th November, but time slots are not available.

London Local: Delivered between 9am–5pm depending on the date chosen and distance from the Depot.
Rest of London & UK: Delivered via DPD by 12pm, or by 6pm on Saturday. ETA notifications will be provided directly by the courier.

Collection Orders In-Store: Only available if placed directly with your local shop.
Online Thanksgiving orders are for delivery only.

It is customer's responsibility to check all details are correct before placing the order and to facilitate the delivery of the order. Delivery and Storage

When will my order be delivered?

You will be prompted to choose the delivery date at the checkout.

London Local postcodes: you can get same day delivery Monday to Saturday if you place your order by 11am. We aim to deliver all orders by 5pm.
Rest of London & UK: you can get next day delivery Tuesday to Saturday if you place your order by 12pm. Nationwide orders are delivered by 2pm Tue-Fri, and by 6pm on Saturdays.

Can I freeze meat from my delivery?

All meat products are suitable for home freezing in original packaging for maximum of 3 months*

If you plan to freeze your products, for best quality, freeze products immediately after purchase. All products are delivered fresh, not frozen.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We aim to provide you with the best quality freshest product at the longest possible shelf life, within strict Food Safety guidelines.

Our target minimum shelf life for most cuts is 4 - 5 days.
Some products like poultry, sausages, burgers - usually 3 days*.

Use by date is stipulated on the label of each product and is determined by
both production and packing dates.

Products are sent fresh, not frozen.
