All London Local Christmas orders will charged £10.00 delivery fee,
regardless of the basket size.

Rest of London (outside of London Local, but within M25) Christmas orders will be charged £12.50 delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.

Nationwide (outside of M25) Christmas orders will be charged £16.50 delivery fee, regardless of the basket size.

ETA: Your order will be delivered on the date selected by you at the checkout.
In the morning you will receive a notification when your order is picked up by the courier, followed by another one with a tracking link when the driver is nearer.

It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery. We will accept requests for the order to be left with a neighbour or a nominated safe place with a prior agreement.

Christmas orders will be delivered by DPD (nationwide) and PackFleet (within M25) ouriers in a temperature controlled packaging.

ETA: Notification with an estimated delivery time is sent upon dispatch, followed by another one on the day of the delivery.

Christmas delivery pre-orders can be placed until 156h December inclusive, subject to limited daily delivery slots. Amendments will only be accepted in writing via email online@provenancebutcher.com prior to the cut-off point.
